Windsor Service was originally founded in 1918 as a paving contractor.  Windsor Service laid the foundations for a greater part of regions infrastructure.  Purchased by The H&K Group Family of Companies in 1996, our rich heritage still lives on, but is now coupled with the Diversified Strength of The H&K Group.

Based out of Reading, PA, Windsor Services provides Berks County and its neighboring counties with a full line of contracting services.
