Miller Quarry and Miller Asphalt (formerly Miller Materials) produce a wide variety of high-quality construction aggregate and asphalt products. Located in Rushland, PA, we are strategically positioned to serve Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in PA, as well as the Mercer County, NJ region. Miller Quarry and Miller Asphalt are presently owned and operated by Naceville Materials, JV (a proud H&K Group, Inc./Naceville Materials, Inc. joint venture).
OUR AGGREGATE:
The quarried gray/reddish argillite at Miller Quarry provides an exceptionally durable construction aggregate. Our construction aggregate products are suitable for use in hot-mix asphalt, ready-mix concrete, drainage applications and general use. Our products also maintain various certifications by both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Departments of Transportation (PennDOT and NJDOT).

OUR ASPHALT:
Utilizing our own high-quality aggregate extracted onsite, Miller Asphalt produces a wide variety of asphalt mixes, including standard Marshall and SUPERPAVE mixes. Our high-quality mix designs include red asphalt, porous asphalt, custom and both PennDOT and NJDOT approved designs. Further, our exceptional staff, plant layout and silo capacity all add up to provide the high level of service and quality our customers have come to expect.
HIGH PEFORMANCE COLD PATCH:
Miller Asphalt is also pleased to offer QPR No. 754 and No. 756 Green Patch high performance cold patch products.

INBOUND RECLAMATION FILL:
In addition to producing both construction aggregate and asphalt materials, Miller Quarry also accepts inbound or import Reclamation Fill material. Formerly referred to as “Clean Fill,” these materials may be imported to Miller Quarry for general fill or, in our case, reclamation backfill purposes. These inbound Reclamation Fill materials must meet specific environmental criteria in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection rules and regulations.
Our qualified staff will guide you through the inbound or import fill protocol and pricing structure.
NOTE:
Miller Quarry only accepts Reclamation Fill including: uncontaminated soil, rock and gravel, brick (non-painted), block (non-painted), concrete (non-painted and no rebar more than 2") and asphalt chunks.
Special Tipping Rates apply for disposal of all Reclamation Fill materials. Please review our Reclamation Fill Pricing document for this facility, or contact our Materials Sales Team for further information.
Important: If you propose to import materials for use in reclamation, please complete a Reclamation Fill Source Approval Information Sheet found at www.cleanfill.com. These documents are required for any inbound source of fill.
